Returns.

EU RETURN POLICY

  • All items can be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • The returned merchandise must be in new/original condition (unwashed, unworn) with all tags, hygienic liner and original packaging attached. We are unable to accept any items that are not in this condition.
  • We're unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place your new order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
  • Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package to us.
  • We're trying to make sure no mistakes are made with your order, however if  the item you received is incorrect, defective or missing, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
