OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We're now offering FREE EU SHIPPING with each Boogaloo purchase.
For shipments to the rest of the world there's a flat shipping fee of 30 euro that is applied during checkout. For our shipments we're mainly using FEDEX/ TNT with some exceptions depending on the destination.
DELIVERY TIMINGS: Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.
Our orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you'll receive your order within 1-5 business days of it's ship date. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or EU holidays. Please note that shipments to the UK might take one to two weeks due to customs-related delays.
OTHER SHIPPING INFO: Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications, customs clearance, and weather conditions.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it yet, please contact us at wecare@boogalooswimwear.com. Kindly note we don't take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address shared with us.
ORDER CANCELATION: Orders cannot be modified after being submitted. In case you wish to cancel your order please email us within 24 hours to wecare@boogalooswimwear.com and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped out, our normal return policy will be applied.
